Another proposal for D.C. to become part of Maryland

DCist has details on the latest proposal that has now been presented in the D.C. voting rights/statehood debate. This proposal, by a Congressman from Texas, would make all of D.C. that didn’t include a federal monument or building part of the state of Maryland.

They have plenty of reaction from D.C. residents on their site. As a resident of Baltimore and the state of Maryland, what’s your reaction?
