orioles-old1.jpgThe Orioles lost to the Athletics tonight 6-5. Eric Bedard falls to 3-2 on the season with the loss. The Orioles are now 11-8 but remain 1.5 games back in the standings from the division-leading Boston Red Sox since the Sox lost tonight to the Toronto Blue Jays. The Jays are now in 3rd (2 games behind the Os.)

The Os return to action against the As tomorrow night at Oriole Park at Camden Yards. Jeremy Guthrie is the probable starter for Baltimore and he will likely be facing Dallas Braden, who will be making his major league debut for Oakland.
