Live Music

Chris Cornell is at a sold-out Rams Head Live in Baltimore tonight while Colin Hay of Men at Work is at Rams Head On Stage in Annapolis for two shows (6:30 and 9:30) tied to his new CD release. John Vanderslice and St. Vincent are at Sonar. Also tonight, 8X10 features another installment of 5 Bands for $5 at 7.

Lectures

Michael Crichton will be speaking about gene patenting and his next book at Shriver Hall at Johns Hopkins University tonight at 7. Frank Warren of PostSecret.com will be speaking at the Conference Center at Charles Commons at JHU tonight about his new book.

Fine Arts

Everyman Theatre’s production of And a Nightingale Sang continues this evening. The final night is April 29. Towson U.’s Center for the Arts features Angels in America: Perestroika (part 2 of the series) tonight. In College Park, the Clarice Smith Center for the Performing Arts production of The Colored Museum continues. Eubie! is on tap tonight at the Olney Theatre Center for the Arts.
