BRAC: Aberdeen expansion agreement signing
Posted by Jeff Quinton on April 25, 2007County executives from Harford, Baltimore and Cecil Counties will join Baltimore City Mayor Sheila Dixon today in signing a memorandum of understanding related to regional planning related to the BRAC expansion at Aberdeen Proving Ground. Officials from Delaware and Pennsyvlania are also signing the agreement.
A similar planning arrangement is in place for the area around Fort Meade.
