Accused drunk driver in fatal crash is illegal alien
Never L. Navarro-Montoya of Greenbelt was charged with DUI, fleeing the scene of an accident and having false identification after the vehicle he was driving Saturday night hit another vehicle in College Park and killed Matthew Watson, a University of Maryland student from Ellicott City. Navarro-Montoya had no driver’s license and had a fake green card and Social Security card purchased in Texas.
