Ravens QB Steve McNair arrested for DUI

Steve McNair was charged with misdemeanor driving under the influence in Tennessee and he wasn’t even driving. McNair’s brother-in-law was driving McNair’s vehicle when they were stopped by police. His brother-in-law refused a breath test and Tennessee law also makes the owner of a vehicle responsible for the condition of the driver in DUI cases. McNair was booked and released.
