Columbia murder suspect in custody
Charles David Richardson has been charged in two recent Columbia murders. Richardson was charged with the murder of Trae Allen earlier this week and the murder of Alevtina Zhilina last month. Two companions of Richardson were also arrested. Kenneth William Sledd was charged with helping Richardson cover up the Allen murder while William Richardson, brother of the murder suspect, was charged with possession of marijuana.
