Fog delays school start times

WBAL Radio reports that Talbot, Kent, Queen Anne’s and Caroline counties all have 90 minute school delays due to fog. WBFF Morning News (Fox 45) also reports that Dorchester and Worcester counties are delayed 90 minutes as well.
