orioles_logo.gifThe Os lost a 3-0 lead (thanks to a Shelley Duncan home run) in the bottom of the 9th at Yankee Stadium but struck back in the 10th to defeat the Yankees 6-3. In the 10th, Miguel Tejada hit a double that brought a run home and then Nick Markakis hit a two-run home run.

The Orioles won 2 out of 3 in the series which means that Baltimore is the first Orioles team to win four straight series against the Yankees in 25 years.

Erik Bedard pitched eight scoreless innings while giving up four hits, striking out eight and walking 2.
