Police activity at Denny’s on Belair Road

Posted by Jeff Quinton on October 4, 2007

At approximately 8:40 a.m. there were multiple Baltimore County police cars at the Denny’s at 8025 Belair Road in 21236. One car blocked the entrance from Belair Road which is also the entrance to Skateland and an office complex.

Previously, this Denny’s was robbed within the past year or two by a relative of a former employee who intercepted the manager on his bank run and stabbed him in the parking lot.

Today, none of the cars had their blue lights on and there were several people standing around outside at their cars in the rear parking lot. It appeared the situation, whatever it was, was being wrapped up by police. More information will be posted here as it becomes available.

Anyone with information can provide it to us at mail@insidecharmcity.com.

So glad I got out of those apartments over there last week.

It’s not even safe to go get a grand slam anymore.
