Maryland leads 21-10 at halftime

Chris Turner started at QB with Jordan Steffy still sitting. Andrew Crummey has gone down with an ankle injury and is not expected to return. Rick Costa, who started for the injured Erin Henderson, was transported to Shock Trauma for precautions after a neck injury that appeared to be caused by a helmet-to-helmet collision when he and another Terps’ player were both trying to tackleTashard Choice. Maryland did lead 21-3 at one point but gave up a late touchdown to Georgia Tech on a turnover.

Georgia Tech missed what could have been the game-winning field goal with a minute left. The Terps were plagued with injuries throughout the game. Offensive lineman Andrew Crummey is out for the season after breaking his fibula during the game.
