Pedestrian killed on I-95

Maryland State Police are investigating a fatal accident involving a pedestrian in Harford County.

The incident happened just before 10 p.m. Sunday in the northbound lanes of Interstate 95 near the Maryland House rest stop outside Aberdeen.

Police said 40-year-old Michael Scottt Lincoln of Belcamp was hit and killed by a driver while he was trying to cross the interstate.

The driver remained at the scene, authorities said.

Police said the driver isn’t likely to be charged.
