Worst school nicknames/mascots in the tourney
Posted by Jeff Quinton on March 18, 2008Best Week Ever has a Top 10 list that includes the UMBC Retrievers at #10. I would contend that another area school, Mt. St. Mary’s, should be ahead of UMBC on that list with their mascot/nickname of The Mount.
The Mount and Coppin State tip-off in the play-in game in a few minutes tonight for the right to play UNC.
