Wynn to resign before term runs out

Rep. Albert Wynn, who was defeated in the Democratic primary by Donna Edwards, is resigning from Congress to take a job in a D.C. law firm. Wynn’s move will probably force a special election, with all the cost that entails, this summer and then a general election in November.

Dickstein Shapiro is the law firm he will join.
