I-95 tie-ups early
Posted by Jeff Quinton on April 1, 2008There are reportedly two major traffic tie-ups already this morning. The first is near route 24 in Harford County and has closed two lanes for a crime scene investigation. The other is at the Fort McHenry Tunnel and has resulted in the right tube being closed down.
