He has not been found guilty in the court of law, therefore he is still innocent, give him his fair trial before you start labeling him as you have. All of this is alleged, and there is no evidence released aside from the 12 year old saying that this occurred. Allow him his day in court before you say he did do something.

I hear. That the so called victim was caught stealing at their house and they told them they didn’t want to watch her anymore and then this comes out hummm I also heard they poor and white trash sounds like a scam to me!?

Real class act sean, insult a 12 year girl who was abused. I dont believe this story about being caught stealing at his home. What else is he going t say, I am a sick bastard and like touching 12 year old girls. There are two many details to be a made up story. I hope this guy spends the rest of his life in jail, and the inmates get justice for this little girl.

This supposed story of stealing, etc. has been known to family and friends for almost one years time. You have no right to act as if he has conveniently made up this story to cover his tracks. The only thing Mr. Rhodes is guilty of, is trying to help a young child who had previously been living under difficult circumstances. You cannot convict him of a crime on hearsay from an impressionable young child. He will have his day to defend himself!

The alleged victims’s mother and the wife were NOT friends; the Rhodes did not help the alleged victim because of a “daycare situation”. The mother of the alleged victim knows in her heart the true circumstances as to why the alleged victim came to stay with the Rhodes. Did stealing occur? Yes, so what–young people make mistakes and go down that path at times. I love our system; Guilty until proven innocent! How can the news and newspapers word things to manipulate the viewers or readers into believing something that hasn’t even been trialed. No evidence has been found. We as viewers beleive what we hear and read…we judge. Sometimes people deserve it and sometimes they don’t. We want to protect children and we should—always. This family’s world has turned upside down because people judge a book by it’s cover (the information we are presented-even if not true). The media has no right to report or write information that has not been proven!!!! I know this family needs love and support to get through this ordeal. I know the alleged victim needs help provided to her for whatever need she may have. When reading future articles like this, please remember to add the word alleged in front of whatever you are reading. If and when a person is found guilty, then you can blast them all you want. Truth will PREVAIL!!!!!

I knew Tim through the Perry Hall Rec Council and something just didn’t sit right with me about him. He just seemed like he always had something going on behind the curtain. I never really liked him, but I wouldn’t have thought that he would have done something like this. I believe him to be guilty.
Some of you talk about Tim needing love and support to get through this, but what about the 12 year old victim who needs way more love and support than he does. She is looking forward to years and years of therapy and even then she might not be even remotely normal.
So take a look at the other side before some of you start saying what a great person Timmy is! You might be endorsing a sicko!!!
