The real question is, Why do Non-alcoholics get their own beer? Alcoholics have to settle for anything, but Non-alcoholics are special? Blatant discrimination.

For What It's Worth: New Jersey has similar laws regarding beer and wine purchases. However, the liquor stores are open on Sundays.

There is no such thing as an alcohol free beer. All non-alcoholic beers contain some amount of alcohol. Depending on the country standards, the alcohol content will range from 0.1% - 0.5%

For this reason, those who wish to completely abstain from alcohol are encouraged to avoid non alcoholic (NA) beer.

there is no such thing. so therefore- you have to be 21 to purchase it. As for the "non alcoholics" getting special beer- its most commonly used for diabetics who enjoy having a beer- but cant have a regular beer. just like people who are trying to loose weight- they cant eat certain foods- but to get the same or similar taste- they buy low fat- no fat reduced fat stuff... same concept! plus- alcoholism is a problem. it would be discrimination if they made beer only for certain races or sexes.

Yeast rolls contain enough alcohol to set off an Antabuse reaction. Antabuse is a drug prescribed to discourage alcohol consumption by making a recovering alcoholic puke up their toenails.

The more you observe the more it seems that, as a species, we are devolving.

In terms of nutrition, NA beer is liquid bread. It's great if you hate soft drinks and like beer but need to stay awake after lunch.
