Kilt-wearing cabbie?
I was waiting on a ride home at the BWI rail station Tuesday when I noticed a cabbie walking across the lot helping someone with their luggage. I saw the fact he was wearing plaid but I thought maybe it was baggy shorts at first until I noticed him turn around and I got a better look at it (and saw his sporran) and figured out it was a kilt.
Based on responses on Facebook/Twitter when I posted it on Twitter, others have seen this gentleman – it wasn’t me just drugged up after a visit to the dentist. Have you seen this cabbie? Do you know the story behind why he wears the kilt? Please share it.

I don’t think the kilt is weird. No weirder than a cabbie wearing a little sheet on his head.
