All lanes of I-95 blocked in both directions in Harford County

All lanes of northbound and southbound Interstate 95 south of Maryland Route 22 in Harford County are closed this morning as Maryland State Police continue to investigate a traffic accident involving an overturned tractor trailer.
The truck is leaking flammable liquid, according to state police.
Drivers are encouraged to take alternate routes. Southbound traffic is being directed onto Route 22. Northbound motorists are detoured onto Route 543.
