Browning lawyers move to supress confession
Lawyers for the Baltimore County teen accused of killing his entire family will be back in court on Monday.
Nicholas Browning’s attorneys are expected to argue that his statement to police should be suppressed.
Browning confessed to the shooting deaths of his parents and two younger brothers and told police where they could find the murder weapon.
He was a week shy of his 16th birthday at the time of the slayings in February.
His lawyers were unsuccessful in their attempt to transfer the case to juvenile court.
A psychiatrist testified at a previous hearing that Browning was in “a trancelike state” at the time of the killings.
