Traffic backup on B-W parkway
Southbound 295 is closed at Route 32 because of an accident.
Northbound lanes remain open but travel is slow according to WBAL Traffic.
Route 1 is the main alternate route but itself is very slow.
It could be hours until the highway’s southbound lanes are reopened.
