Breaking: NB JFX Shutdown

WBAL.com

Northbound I-83 is closed because of a multi car accident at the city line.

Police are sending northbound traffic off the JFX and onto Falls Road past North Avenue.

Also closed the northbound ramps to Cold Spring.

Southbound traffic is very slow as well.
