Trial delayed for father charged with drowning kids
A judge has agreed to delay the trial of a Montgomery County man accused of killing his three children in a Baltimore hotel bathtub.
Public Defender Natasha Moody asked for the delay Tuesday to allow the defense to file a motion seeking to show that defendant Mark Castillo is not criminally responsible for the deaths.
The trial is scheduled for April 28.
