Two new prisons proposed
The O’Malley administration is planning two new minimum-security prisons near Jessup.
Governor Martin O’Malley’s proposed fiscal-year 2010 budget includes $23.2 million for the first of the two structures. It will be called the Jessup Community Correctional Facility.
