Man Wanted for Child Pornography in Precinct 11/Essex

Douglas Lee Patrick Jr. is wanted for child pornography.Baltimore County, Md. (April 20, 2009) – Baltimore County Police have obtained an arrest warrant for Douglas Lee Patrick Jr., 38, of the 1400-block of Hopewell Avenue, 21221. He is wanted for child pornography, and for the distribution, exhibition, importation, and publication of obscene matter.

Detectives began the investigation in January when information was received by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. They discovered that Patrick had posed as a female in efforts to communicate with his victims, and exchanged pornography over the Internet.

Douglas Patrick Jr. is described as a white male, 6’ tall, weighing approximately 300 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He may be wearing glasses.
