Join the Mayor in partnership with Black Athletes and Lost Legends Association Inc (B.A.L.L.) to honor the National Negro League with a t-ball game featuring four teams from Baltimore City Recreation and Parks. The day’s activities will include autograph signings by former players, speakers, free refreshments and more.
