Violin instructor charged with sexual abuse of student
Howard County police have charged a violin instructor with sexually abusing an 11-year-old girl during private lessons at his home.
The 67-year-old Ellicott City man, Ming Yueh Liang, was charged with eight counts of fourth degree sex offenses and eight counts of second-degree assault.
Detectives received a report from the victim and her mother that Liang touched her repeatedly during lessons between March and May of this year at his home on Deerfield Drive.
