Second teenager in light rail accident dies
A second teen hit by a light rail train in Baltimore County over the weekend died Monday, and officials said they have found a train with damage on it.
Transit officials said one teenage boy died on Sunday and the other died Monday afternoon. The Maryland Transit Administration identified the victims as Connor Peterson and Kyle Wankmiller. Both were 17 and from Lutherville.
