Mikulski surgery will have to wait
WBAL-TV just reported that Senator Barbara Mikulski is still hospitalized at Mercy but that her surgery will have to wait a few days because her ankle is too swollen. Mikulski broke her ankle in three places walking down steps after church Sunday evening.
