Dixon motion to dismiss perjury charges is denied
In a win for state prosecutors, a judge this morning denied a motion by lawyers for Baltimore Mayor Sheila Dixon to dismiss the two perjury charges against her, meaning two separate criminal trials against the mayor will go forward.
