In my defense I have only once given MARC a break as a commuter who's ridden the MARC twice a day, five days a week for a year and a half. The circumstances were both extenuating and tragic ("Trainmaster emails Stuck on MARC about likely suicide, http://stuckonmarc.blogspot.com/2009/11/trainmaster-emails-stuck-on-marc-about.html). Furthermore I've seen day in and day out how seriously the trainmaster takes his job and I believe he deserves praise for adeptly handling crises like the suicide on the Camden Line in early November. That she was unaware of the comments being automatically accepted on her blog is odd to say the least. And instead of switching to moderated comments she decided disable commenting all together, which is a shame. As a rule tho, Julia, MARC train bloggers NEVER give MARC an even break. They really don't deserve it. The system is run by folks who really haven't the slightest clue as to what they are doing. I will be the first to admit it when MARC evidences that they do have a clue.
