Bernstein named Baltimore White-Collar “Lawyer of the Year”

A former assistant U.S. attorney for the District of Maryland, Mr. Bernstein has extensive civil and criminal trial experience in both federal and state courts. Most recently, the court dismissed all charges against one of Mr. Bernstein’s clients, a former executive accused by the U.S. Department of Justice of attempting to manipulate and corner the propane market. Mr. Bernstein is currently representing individuals and companies in the health services and pharmaceutical industries that are under federal investigation in multiple jurisdictions. He is a former adjunct professor at the Catholic University School of Law and the current president of the Maryland Chapter of the Federal Bar Association.
