Tom Clancy buys rest of penthouse floor at Ritz-Carlton Residences
Author Tom Clancy now owns an entire penthouse floor at an upscale Baltimore condominium complex.
Clancy, author of thrillers such as “The Hunt for Red October” and “Patriot Games,” first bought three condos at the Ritz-Carlton Residences, which were joined into one nearly 12,000 square-foot unit featuring four bedrooms and six baths. Clancy bought the remaining three units on the floor this fall.
Clancy, a minority owner of the Baltimore Orioles who play about two miles from the condominium complex, paid $658,024, $750,684 and $785,892 for the three units, according to state property records.
