(January 4, 2011) - The Baltimore County Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect who broke into a car and stole thousands of dollars of property from it while it was parked and locked in the unit-block of Painters Mill Road, 21117 in Precinct 3/Franklin.
