Tanker crash, fire backs up 695
A fiery crash has all but shut down the Beltway.
State Police at Golden Ring say a tanker truck slammed into a barrier on the Inner Loop just before Providence Road Exit and exploded.
State Police said one person is dead - apparently the driver of the truck.
Traffic has been shut down on the Inner Loop in that area.
The extreme left lane is open but traffic is backing up.
