Cummings to endorse Rawlings-Blake
Rep. Elijah Cummings is showing his support Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake’s mayoral campaign.
Cummings’ official announcement of his endorsement of the mayor’s campaign earlier this month was postponed so he could be in Washington for federal budget negotiations. But the event has now been rescheduled for Thursday morning at Mondawmin Mall.
