Earlier this week, we blogged about what was described as an attempted robbery at a Dunkin Donuts in Laurel. Stan Moore blogged about the fact that news reports indicated that the man alleged to have been robbing the store was shot and killed by the store owner.

Later reports indicate that the man was Josue Alberto Angel of Laurel.

Today. a commenter named Kat123ANGEL left the following comment on our original post:

1.My cousin wasn’t armed
3. It was not a declared robbery.
2. The guy had no right to shoot him OUTSIDE of the business
3. When he shot my cousin why didnt he call the ambulance immediately
4. WE ARE PRESSING CHARGED
